Registration fees

Packages with accommodation

*The package is per person and includes: conference attendance, hotel accommodation for six nights (23-28 June), meals, drinks during meals, coffee breaks, guided tours, round trips by bus, museum fee, typical dinners, farewell dinner, internet wi-fi. The package does not include the tourist tax to be paid directly to the hotel at departure.

**Total amount for 6 nights, room and breakfast and breakfast included, tourist tax excluded.

Packages without accommodation

Package "Just Conference - A": € 420
(Conference attendance, coffee breaks and lunches.)

Package "Just Conference - B": € 650
(Conference attendance, coffee breaks, lunches, dinners, excursions, farewell dinner.)

N.B. Late registrations and payments will be accepted after 31 May 2013 (midnight, Italian time) at a higher fee (10% over the prices listed above).

Diet requirements. If you are a vegetarian, please contact the organisers by e-mail so that the necessary arrangements can be made.

Payment

Payment is possible by credit card or bank transfer. Further details about the payment procedure are available through your personal myHC2013 page.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations with a refund request must be sent by e-mail to the secretariat and must be accompanied by a valid justification. Refunds will be decided case by case by the organising secretariat. If accepted, cancellations within 9 June 2013 will be refunded only by 50% of the total package price; no refunds will be provided after 9 June 2013 and for no show.
